You don't have to be saved from being shot by your dog to know that there are animals that are heroes. But when we think of them, we usually imagine rescue dogs or guide dogs. We don't imagine lions, gorillas, and even whales throwing themselves in danger to save some helpless humans. Check out some surprising examples of saviors from the animal world below.

This gorilla's love for children is as high as the love for its young. A boy accidentally fell into the isolated area of a gorilla at the Chicago Zoo. The gorilla Binti Jua lovingly took the child to a safe place to protect him from other gorillas. The officials removed him from there, and he left without serious injuries.

Best friends are always by our side, even when there is no threat. This baby elephant from Thailand misinterpreted his owner's screams and thought he needed help when, in fact, he was just trying to get his attention. Little Kham La didn't think twice and, hugging Darrick Thomson with his trunk, pushed him to the bank. The rescued man gained something beyond his life back, he witnessed a true demonstration of friendship.

Mrs. Steggal thought he was sleeping, but his rabbit, Dory, realized the danger, jumped on his chest, and gave so many 'slaps' that his wife noticed. She called the ambulance immediately, and the man was saved. It is always good to pay attention to the reaction of animals; they have a sensitivity that we will never have.

One day, the two were playing in the garden when Khan, a dog that had been adopted from a shelter, realized that there was a poisonous snake beside them. At first, the dog tried to keep the child away but realized that the strategy was not working. Khan had to push little Charlotte three feet away. She was saved, but the dog was stung. Good thing that they took him to the vet. Khan survived without sequelae.

One day, the two of them were sleeping in the living room when Speedy noticed smoke and started jumping over the little one. When she woke up, she saw that the house was on fire, she ran to her parents' room, and they saw that the garage was on fire. Everyone got out safe and sound.

She was riding the elephant Ning Nong one day in the morning when he started running away from the sea. It was then that the girl realized that a huge wave was approaching and that the animal was escaping as quickly as possible. He took her to a safe place where she stayed with the family. They say that animals have a sixth sense and know when something terrible is going to happen. This story proves it! It happened during a whale diving championship in a very deep tank with super cold water in a park in China. Yang Yun, one of the participants, felt an intense cramp in his leg, was unable to move, and started to drown at a depth of 6 meters. At that moment, Mila, a beluga whale, quickly went to Yang and pushed her to the surface. If it weren't for this incredible animal, the young diver would have drowned.

The mother was in the room, and the girl was alone with Willie, and no one else to help. The parrot screamed very loudly: 'Mother, baby!'
