Jake Hall's final interview has taken on heartbreaking new meaning following his death, with the former "TOWIE" star speaking candidly just months ago about rebuilding his life after a difficult period — and crediting his young daughter as the reason he kept going.

In an interview from May 2025, unearthed following the news of his death, Hall opened up about the collapse of his Prevu fashion label and the toll it took on him. "I was at a very low point," he said:

"I'd lost something that I'd loved and grew from my bedroom. I went through a lot of turmoil."

At the centre of that recovery was his eight-year-old daughter River, whom he shared with ex-partner and "Real Housewives of Cheshire" star Misse Beqiri. "If I'm honest, River is the reason I'm here today," he said:

"She's amazing and we've got an incredible relationship. She's very creative, is always dancing and loves clothes."

The loss of Prevu, he said, had cut deepest because of what it represented for her. "It was that part that hurt most when I lost Prevu. I lost something that was for her, everything I do is for her and her future."

But Hall spoke with real optimism about what lay ahead. He had channelled his energy into a new venture, By Jake Hall, and described a renewed sense of purpose.

"I'm in a really good place at the moment and excited about the future. I can feel the energy and the spark, and I just want to keep that momentum going. The comeback is on. I know I can do it."

The interview has resurfaced as more details emerge surrounding the circumstances of his death. Hall, 35, was found at a rented villa in Santa Margalida in the north of Majorca in the early hours of Wednesday morning.

Officers were called to the property at around 7.30 a.m., where he was later found dead following what police are treating as a tragic accident.

A source told The Sun that witnesses had described a night of heavy partying that continued back at the villa after a night out.

"It appears from what police have been told that he became agitated, possibly from alcohol and other substances he may have consumed," the source said, adding that at one point things "turned aggressive" and he may have "tried to harm himself [...]"

Neighbours reported hearing disturbances in the hours before police arrived. One, speaking to local paper Ultima Hora, said the group had seemed relatively unremarkable before the noise began.

"I began to hear a very loud noise, as if they were drilling something. They stopped after about five minutes and then I fell asleep," he said.

Four men and two women who were at the property were questioned by officers. A police source said the working theory remained that Hall died in a tragic accident, though the investigation is ongoing. An autopsy is due to take place in Palma.

Hours before his death, Hall had posted on Instagram to the sound of the Rolling Stones, sharing images of painting, Spanish scenery and fashion, and writing that he was going to try to remember the good things.

In the wake of the news, Beqiri issued a statement asking for privacy as she and the family come to terms with the loss, with her focus described as being entirely on supporting their daughter.

It is the interview from May 2025 that many will return to — a portrait of a man who had endured real difficulty, rediscovered his footing, and was looking ahead with renewed optimism. “The comeback is on,” Hall had said. “I know I can do it.”
