Zoe Kravitz and Harry Styles Get Matching Tattoos After Reported Engagement

Zoë Kravitz and Harry Styles appear to have gotten matching tattoos, fueling engagement rumors after the actress was spotted wearing a diamond ring on her left ring finger.

Eagle-eyed fans made the connection after spotting identical tattoos in a teaser Instagram post by British Vogue, ahead of Kravitz's cover story.

On Wednesday, June 10, the outlet shared a black-and-white photograph of the actress taken from behind, revealing her bare upper back freshly adorned with the words "Let It Rip" in all caps.

The tattoo appears to match one Styles debuted last month during the European leg of his "Together Together Tour" — the same phrase, the same font, the same capitalization.

The only difference is placement. Styles' version sits on his right arm, just above a small palm tree.

Neither star has publicly addressed what the phrase means to them personally, though fans have noted that "Let It Rip" has gained cultural traction in recent years, largely thanks to the hit series "The Bear."

The matching ink arrives just over a month after Kravitz was photographed with Styles in London, sporting a diamond ring on her left ring finger. The former One Direction star was seen leaning into the actress's Range Rover to kiss her after paying her a visit at her hotel.

An onlooker told The Sun, "Harry and Zoe look so in love — and she's got an enormous diamond on her ring finger. He is such a gent and led her to a waiting car before leaning in and giving her a kiss.

The source added, "When she left, Harry waved her off. Zoe had a massive smile on her face. You couldn't miss the ring on her finger. It is absolutely huge."

Speculation intensified when Kravitz attended the Met Gala in May, where she and her stylist appeared to deliberately conceal the ring among her other jewelry.

The "Batman" star, who ended her engagement to Channing Tatum in October 2024, has yet to confirm whether she and Styles are officially engaged.

In her British Vogue interview, published Thursday, June 11, Kravitz didn't say anything about the engagement but opened up about the experience of having her romantic life play out under public scrutiny. "I think doing anything in the public eye is uncomfortable," she told the publication.

The pair were first romantically linked in August 2025 and have since attracted a devoted following online. Kravitz, long known for guarding her private life, says she remains clear-eyed about the attention — but that doesn't mean she's made peace with it.

"I'm aware it's happening," she said. "I'm aware of when it's happening, like when there are eight people outside my house, that's super uncomfortable. I'm aware of all the ingredients that create the thing that we're talking about. But that doesn't mean you're necessarily OK with it."

Rather than retreating, Kravitz says she's chosen to keep living on her own terms.

"There are moments obviously when you just want to hide because it feels overwhelming and then there are moments when you, whether it's in a defiant way, are like, 'I'm going to walk and get my coffee and you're not going to take that away from me,'" she said.

She continued, "I want to participate in life. Even though the experience is different, I still would rather have that than be someone who completely closes myself off and doesn't want to walk to get a coffee, because then who are you? Maintaining any kind of normal state, I think, is really important."
