A fan's bold proposal caught Zendaya off guard mid-stride on the red carpet, but she wasn't left without a comeback for long. Her quick, cheeky response made it clear the actress is already very much spoken for.

Zendaya is off the market for good, and she's happy to let the world know it. The "Euphoria" actress recently stepped out at a "Spider-Man: Brand New Day" event, where a fan summoned the courage to ask for her hand in marriage.

In a clip shared on social media, Zendaya can be seen walking the red carpet when her attention is drawn to a voice off-screen shouting, "Zendaya, will you marry me, please?"

The "Dune" star responded with a playful grin, "You're too late!"

She was, of course, referring to her recent marriage to husband and longtime "Spider-Man" co-star Tom Holland. Tom was also on hand for the event, held Monday, July 20, in Mexico City.

Zendaya turned heads in a black long-sleeved gown featuring a high neckline and an intricate lace-paneled bodice adorned with beading down the center. The fitted silhouette hugged her frame before flaring into a floor-length skirt, with long fringe cascading from the cuffs down both sides.

She wore her hair in a sleek high bun, with wispy bangs framing her face, and opted for soft, glowing makeup with subtle earrings as her only visible jewelry.

Beside her, Tom kept things classic in an all-black double-breasted suit paired with a crisp white dress shirt and black tie, finishing the sharp, minimalist look with neatly combed hair and polished evening shoes.

Their joint appearance comes just days after the pair wrapped their press tour for Christopher Nolan's "The Odyssey," which had its theatrical debut on Friday, July 17.

It also follows Tom's official confirmation of their marriage after months of speculation. Earlier this year, Zendaya's longtime stylist and friend Law Roach broke the internet when he revealed the couple had quietly tied the knot.

At the 2026 Actors Award, Law told reporters, "Y'all the wedding has already happened. Y'all missed it. [...] The wedding is over, sorry." He doubled down with his signature sass at the 2026 Oscars, telling Extra, "I said what I said."

Not long after, AI-generated images of the couple appearing to celebrate their nuptials went viral, something Tom admitted he found amusing, noting that his grandmother feared she hadn't been invited after seeing the photos circulating online.

Asked whether he'd had to reassure other family members, he replied, "No, because they were all there," before adding firmly, "That's all you'll get on that."

He went on to reflect on what has kept their relationship grounded despite demanding careers and constant public attention. "Our business can present very stressful situations and it's really nice to have a bedrock of a relationship that will stand the test of time," he said.

"We can support each other in ways that only we can, because only we understand really what it's like to live this life, and I think that is such a luxury, because I just don't understand how I would be able to have anything like that with anyone else."

"So, for me, I found my person. She's my best friend, and I'm the happiest I ever have been when I'm with her, but I also have never felt so supported and safe, ever. Period," Tom continued.

"Maybe when I was young with my parents and my dad was picking me up from school. Not to say that our relationship is like my mum and dad."
